Processing Time
We aim to process orders within 24-48 hours. Please note that processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times displayed at checkout. Certain products may require an additional 1-2 business days for processing. During sales and high-volume periods, please allow 3-4 days for processing.

Pre-Order Items
Items labeled as ‘PRE-ORDER’ will begin processing on the date specified in the product description, which varies between items. Orders containing pre-order items will be dispatched in two shipments, with in-stock items sent first. For efficiency, we recommend placing separate orders for in-stock and pre-order items.

Dispatch Notification
If you have not received a dispatch or delivery notification within the specified processing time or dispatch date, please contact us at delivery@lanredasilva.com with your order number.

Item Not Delivered?
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days as packages may be delayed by the courier service. Once dispatched, the postal service is responsible for the delivery of your package. While we do not offer refunds for lost packages, we will resend items if a package cannot be traced.
Customs and Duties Charges
International shipments (outside the US) may incur duties and taxes imposed by the recipient country’s government.
Duty Handled Deliveries: Items shipped from our European warehouse will arrive without additional duties, ensuring smooth transactions.
-International Fulfillment: For items fulfilled from our US warehouse, corresponding customs duty fees may apply.
-Changes to DDP Shipping: We no longer offer DDP (Duties and Taxes Paid) shipping outside the EU. International orders (Middle East, Asia, Africa, etc.) should anticipate duties fees subject to local laws.
In instances where your package is fulfilled from multiple warehouses, duties may vary based on your shipping address.
